Dr. Chris Heaton and Senior Staff Nurse Helen Hammond looked after me yesterday at Gosport Ware Memorial Hospital whilst I had minor dermatology surgery. Dr. Heaton kept me informed at all times and constantly checked if I was feeling any pain. The NHS is lucky to have such caring professionals.

Dr Heaton made all my worries disappear! After months of not knowing what I really faced, his friendly, confident approach to my problems made them seem less worrying. I’d dreaded something, which although I’d previously been told it was nothing to worry about, did worry both my family and myself. Fear of the unknown!
Dr Heaton and Helen explained everything they did. At last I had confidence in what was planned! That hadn’t happened before. He zapped with the cryogenics and all I could think about was”At last someone to get the job done that I totally trust!”

Chris and nurse Judy dealt with the excision of the cyst on my head (at GWMH 14.10.20) professionally, efficiently and with a friendly manner. Virtually painless procedure and a much better experience than a visit to the dentist. Now healing, problem-free.
